Pre-Screening
Patients receive instructions on how to prepare for the health check-up, which may include fasting and filling out a detailed health questionnaire.
Day of the Examination
On the day of the check-up, patients meet with a physician to discuss their medical history, lifestyle, and any concerns they may have.
The Ningen Dock typically takes about 4-6 hours for a standard screening; 6+ hours for an executive screening. It includes a wide range of diagnostic tests, such as:
Blood tests
Urinalysis
Imaging tests (e.g., X-rays, ultrasounds, MRI, or CT scans)
Endoscopy (for digestive tract examination)
Cardiovascular assessments (e.g., ECG, blood pressure monitoring)
Cancer screenings (e.g., mammograms, colonoscopies)
Eye exams and hearing tests
Bone density tests
Follow-up Consultation
After the tests, patients must have a follow-up consultation with a doctor who explains the results, offers advice on health management, and suggests any necessary treatment or further tests.

Client Instructions
*The prices are subject to fluctuations in the value of the Japanese Yen and U.S. dollar, and pricing changes by Tokyo Medical Clinic.
If you have any pre-existing conditions or family history concerns, please note them in the Questions or Comments section of the Client Interest form. This may warrant additional testing that would not otherwise be included.
Screening Locations
We will have multiple screening locations to fit your needs. Most, however, will be performed at either the Tokyo Midtown Clinic or Kameda Kyobashi Clinic.
The Tokyo Midtown Medical Clinic was designed in consultation with Johns Hopkins Medicine International, receiving Joint Commission International accreditation in March 2015. It was the first private center in Japan to receive this accreditation. The Clinic uses an upgraded 80-slice CT Scanner, which reduces the radiation dose to less than 60% without compromising the image quality. It also uses the 3.0 Tesla MRI for highly precise images.
